Allison and Lisa partnered in real estate in May of 2021, to guide home buyers and sellers with excellent customer service, unique programs and guarantees that make the process as fun and smooth as possible. They combine their experience with complimentary skills and backgrounds.

Prior to getting her real estate license, Allison was a Brevard school teacher, so education is in her blood. She uses these skills to help buyers and sellers learn about and understand the process they are about to experience. Preparation makes all the difference.

We Give Back

Allison and Lisa believe in giving back to the community by giving a Hero Award to first responders, military, nurses and teachers. This is a credit at closing which helps their clients with closing costs. They partner with lenders who do the same and have been able to collectively give back as much as $2,000. In addition to their Hero Awards, they donate 10% of their commission to Ways for Life’s LiftUp Life Skills Program. This program is a college-year program that teaches skills and mindset shifts to guide teens aging out of foster care or experiencing homelessness.
